PILATES INSTRUCTORS

KOBRA

Kobra is a classically trained comprehensively certified instructor. Her classes are upbeat and fun,as she loves to make people smile. Whether its your first Pilates class or your 100th, she will find a way to safely challenge you.  She has completed the Pink Ribbon Program enabling her to work with breast cancer recovery patients. Kobra is passionate about helping others and watching her clients progress! 

KRISTA

Krista is a native Houstonian who has been teaching since 2013. Krista loves Pilates because its accessible to all shapes and sizes, its truly for every body! Pilates was something she discovered when she started her weight-loss journey and after losing 70+ lbs, it is still something that challenges her as it continues to strengthen her body. Pilates is for every BODY, not only for the flexible, thin or young.  She is passionate about Pilates and sharing it with others to empower them to feel their personal best. She is classically trained and comprehensively certified. Krista has completed both the Pink Ribbon Program enabling her to work with breast cancer recovery patients as well as a teacher training which qualifies her to work with clients who have osteoporosis. 

LEXI

Lexi received her comprehensive Pilates Mat and Pilates Apparatus certification in NYC. It was through a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis that Lexi fell in love with Pilates and deepened her passion for fitness, nutrition and wellness. Pilates provided an outlet to keep moving and challenging the body in a beneficial way that corrected alignment and re-balanced muscles. This personal discovery inspired Lexi to share this with others. She is a caring and passionate instructor who wants to see her clients not only succeed but exceed in accomplishing their goals. With an emphasis on creativity, form and fun, her goal is to empower others to transform into their most strong, powerful and healthy selves.

Ula 

KOBRA

Kobra specializes in helping others connect to the present moment and find their breath. What she loves about yoga is it could be challenging, relaxing, or both. All levels will be welcomed as we come together to take the time for ourselves. Favorite pose: Happy baby

Originally from Russia Ula got to Texas as soon as she could, in 2001. Here in Houston she found her teachers and a new passion of helping people to feel better. In 2012, as a mother of two little kids and a teenager, Ula fully discovered the power of yoga. For her, it became the life-saving access to get away from the enormous stress of single parenting and chronic low back pain. Ula completed 200 hours of training with Robert Boustany and two teacher trainings with Andrew Dugas. Her classes are fun, safe and open to everyone. She is passionate about leading her students to experience new freedom from constraints by getting strong and balanced bodies and learning to truly relax.

Julie

Izabela 

Julie first came to the yoga practice in 2014 and instantly fell in love with it, not only the asana, but all aspects and philosophies. The teachings of The Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutras have helped shape her into the person she is today; as she is able to connect to the idea that we as humans are not the body, not the mind, but something beyond - eternal and divine.

Julie began with a 200 hour teacher training  in 2016. She also completed the Vipassana 10 day silent retreat. She took 150 hours of Eastside Yoga's Raga Yoga teacher training in Austin Tx and completed her second 200 hours at My Vinyasa Practice in Austin Tx in 2018. She is currently in the My Vinyasa practice 300 hour clinical yoga training scheduled to be completed July 2020. 

She specializes in teaching meditation, restorative, and flow based classes. In taking Julie's class, you can expect a welcoming and warm atmosphere, where you have space to explore the internal workings of the Self. 

Izabela has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Yoga practice has helped her grow into a stronger, more flexible and fearless woman, both on and off the mat. Her passion for yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully.

She completed a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training  in 2011 and a 500 hour advanced training  in 2013.

CYCLE INSTRUCTOR

NUNE

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Nune has always been an avid outdoor cyclist. He discovered indoor cycling in 2006 as part of a renewed focus on health and fitness. Nune became a Certified Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING® instructor in 2014 and currently maintains a Star Level 2 certification. Nune’s musical interests include Pop, Electronic Dance, Latin and historically significant selections. He enjoys coaching indoor cycling as it allows class participants of various fitness levels to simultaneously benefit from the same workout. Let's ride!
