Pilates classes at STRETCH are a blend of classical and contemporary while remaining true to the essence of Pilates. We combine challenging movements of stabilizing, stretching and strengthening exercises led by a highly-trained and passionate instructor. Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control.

Pilates demonstration of true strength, coordination and control stems from technique and precision. It is more than being on a reformer,  to move the body and crack a sweat. Many Pilates studios have sacrificed the integrity of the Pilates — substituting importance of technique for commercial enterprise. This diminishes the understanding and hence the essence and real benefits of Pilates.
