Our 55-minute Pilates classes combine challenging movements of stabilizing, stretching and strengthening exercises led by a highly-trained and passionate instructor. We ask that all new clients begin with a level 1.


Pilates demonstration of true Strength, Coordination and Control stems from technique in its strength work and precision. It is more than just being on a reformer, moving the body and cracking a sweat. Many other Pilates studios have sacrificed the integrity of the Pilates to offer group classes — substituting importance of technique for commercial enterprise. This diminishes the understanding and hence the essence and real benefits of Pilates. At STRTECH studio you will find small quality classes and quality instructors. 

 Pilates caters for everyone, from beginner to advanced. You can perform exercises using your own body weight, or with the help of various pieces of equipment. We are not a one size fits all studio, we take care of you bearing in mind your limitations, strengths and goals. At STRETCH we offer both small group classes as well as one-on-one instruction. 

A typical Pilates workout includes a number of exercises and stretches. Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the maximum benefit, you should do Pilates at least two or three times per week. You may notice postural improvements after 10 to 20 sessions.
